Honda Accord 6th generation (EURO Spec)

Description

The European Accord was different in its styling and was also shorter than the Japanese and American market Accords. It was available as a saloon and a 5 door hatchback (liftback). It was a platform improvement of the previous generation "European Accord", a joint project with the Rover Group that created the Rover 600, as well as the Honda Ascot Innova.

ECU Hardware

This car model is equipped with the following ECUs:

• 98-02 Models: OKI M66589 based ECUs (Regular O2)
• 98-02 Models: OKI SH7000 based ECUs (Semi Wideband O2)

Chip Tuning

Programming and Datalogging with the SNAKE OBD1 EMU Device.

One of the following OBD1 ECU must be swapped in a car (OBD2B-OBD1 conversion harness required):

• Denshigiken M66207 based ECUs.
• OKI M66207 based ECUs.

Then you must install SNAKE OBD1 EMU in a swapped ECU (see Installation Guide).
