Return Policy We offer 30 day return on all orders. Box must not been opened. Shipping costs, handling charges, customs and duties are non-refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returns. Refund policy All products are protected by a 90 days limited warranty. The span of the warranties are starts after date of purchase. Products are not eligible for warranty if they have been incorrectly installed or damaged by the customer or any third-party. You must submit a warranty claim within the allotted time frame. All qualified items submitted for warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of SnakeTuning. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to/from our facility for warranty claims. Shipping policy The customer is directly responsible for all of the following shipping actions, SnakeTuning will not refund or replace any parts and/or purchases if the customer fails to do any of the following. The customer is 100% responsible for inputting the correct address into our website. We can not and will not change or modify a shipment once it has been shipped. If you input the incorrect address for either shipping or billing you individually accept the risk of the shipment not making it to the desired location. We Normally Ship Tuesday and Thursday, NOT every day! Any orders placed on Tuesday will ship the following Thursday.
