SNAKE MINI DIZZY
Description
The world's smallest device designed to completely remove the OEM distributor and convert to Individual Coils.
Despite the age of Honda's "Distributor Era" engines (B, D, F and H series), they are still very popular in the tuning community. A significant drawback of these older engines is the distributor ignition system, which includes a high-voltage section and “temperamental” VR sensors.
Our Device eliminates these shortcomings, enhancing engine performance and reliability.
Advantages
- Improved ignition timing precision up to 0.1 deg at 14000 RPM.
- Better spark energy without the inefficiencies of a traditional distributor system.
- Easy Setup via Bluetooth Connection.
- Less cluttered engine compartment, making maintenance and modifications easier.
- Compatible with OEM and Standalone ECUs.

Bluetooth Connection
Pairing a new Device
When connecting to the device for the first time, connection must be configured. Follow this simple steps:
- Turn ON the Ignition.
- Make sure your PC's Bluetooth is active.
- Start Snake MD0 Tool
- You will see a message Searching Devices....
- Wait about 10 seconds, Service Tool will automatically found the device and setup the connection.
- Finally you will see the Serial Number of the connected device SnakeMD0-SPP[xxx]
Connect to the Paired Device
After the first connection, Service Tool will automatically reconnect to the paired device.
You'll see a message Waiting for Device No xxx.
Configuration
Engine Parameters
To activate the ignition coils, you must configure some engine parameters:
- Engine model.
- Mounting point on the cylinder head.
First, pick your engine model from the list. Then, use < and > buttons to select one of the three mounting points on the cylinder head, where you fix the SNAKE MINI DIZZY.
Apply the settings by pressing the Set Base Angle button.
Ignition Timing
After setting up the engine parameters, it's recommended to fine-tune the ignition using a timing light.
- Start the engine and allow it to warm up
- Short the Service Check Connector with a jumper wire.
- Connect a timing light to the #1 Coil and point it toward the pointer on the timing belt cover.
- Adjust ignition timing, if necessary, using +1, -1 and +0.1, -0.1 buttons
Spark Mode
Select your preferred Coils control mode:
Sequential Mode (Default)
This mode is standard in Honda OEM ECUs.
Each coil fires once per cylinder, enhancing coil longevity and keeping them cooler.
Wasted Spark Mode
This is what a lot of aftermarket sport ECUs use.
Two coils work as a pair, cleaning fuel residue from cylinders during the exhaust cycle. Ideal for maintaining engine efficiency in boosted setups running rich.
Security Options
Secure your device against unauthorized connections. Set up a PIN code for authentication.
Update Firmware
Keep your firmware up to date.
